Multi-Unit Building Rebates
If you have an entire building or strata, there are three types of EV charger rebates available to you.
Note that you’ll need to be pre-approved for your rebate before you buy or install chargers. Head over to your electricity provider’s website to apply or get more information.
1. EV Ready Plan Rebate
Up to a maximum of $3,000, building and strata owners can get up to 75% of their costs covered to develop an EV Ready plan,
2. EV Ready Infrastructure Rebate
Get up to 50% of your infrastructure and installation costs covered, to a maximum of $600 per parking stall, and project maximum of $120,000.
3. EV Charger Rebate
Get rebates on the cost of both purchasing and installing EV charging stations for your multi-unit building.
